Did you know that many artists who are famous today didn't use to sign their works at all? So, how do we know who created them? At the very first Family Afternoon at the SNG, we will play detectives.
Together, we will track down a secret mark on the sculptures by Master Paul of Levoča and explore what kind of signature a contemporary sculptor (J. Zelinka) leaves behind compared to his medieval counterpart. In the studio, you and your children will then create your own collective family clay relief, imprinting your own unique marks into it.
