No commercial photography and the creation of other audiovisual recordings without prior permission Commercial photography including photos or other audiovisual outputs intended for advertising, political purposes, promotion including influencer promotion on social networks, or any commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior consultation with gallery staff. This applies to audio video outputs, photographs intended for marketing materials, modeling photography, social media promotion, corporate websites, publications, or any other political or commercial purposes.
We do not provide SNG premises for the photography of weddings, wedding portraits, children, family, or school portraits, and portraits for corporate promotional purposes. This also applies to products that are not in line with the content and values of the gallery such as alcoholic or tobacco products, other addictive and harmful substances, content with political or vulgar themes, content promoting various commercial brands, and similar. These restrictions apply to both interior and exterior spaces of the SNG. For this type of photography, we recommend using professional photo studios or other public spaces.
Refusal of photography and filming The gallery reserves the right to refuse any creation of unauthorized and unannounced photo video recordings in order to ensure the protection of artworks, visitor comfort, and an undisturbed gallery experience.
Eviction from the premises for unauthorized photography and filming Visitors who are caught taking commercial or promotional photographs or audio video recordings without prior permission from gallery staff will be asked to leave the premises without the right to a refund of the entrance fee.
All types of commercial photography or filming require prior consent from SNG staff who handle requests for photography and filming on SNG premises. You can contact us at info@sng.sk.
These rules apply to the interior as well as the exterior of the SNG premises which are under the direct management of the SNG and for which the SNG bears responsibility.
