The Schaubmar Mill, a National Cultural Monument, is part of the Slovak National Gallery and was built in 1767. It is one of the few preserved stream mills in Slovakia with functional milling technology and is among the largest water mills in Central Europe.
Within its walls, you will also find a fine arts gallery that provides space for both classical and contemporary art and design by renowned artists.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Night of Museums and Galleries at the Schaubmar Mill with an intensive program featuring guided tours of the mill and its hidden corners, two curatorial talks on the current exhibition in the gallery, and a 3-hour open studio.
